The information which you provide will be investigated to determine your safety performance history information as required by FMSCR 391.23(d) and (e). We will also use this information in determining if you meet our qualifying standards as well as those of our insurance carrier.
The purpose of this disclosure is to advise you of your rights and to allow us as a regulated carrier to comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as they pertain to Driver Background Investigations.
Information provided by you and information we gather about you will be shared only with qualified personnel which is responsible for making these determinations.
